“Where to go tonight? Head to Phu Quoc’s VUI-Fest Night Market!” – This catchy line from the lively jingle of Vui Phết - VUI-Fest Bazaar, a newly launched night market at Sunset Town, has quickly become a familiar caption across social media in recent days.
Nearly a month into operation, this creative night market has already become a hotspot not only for domestic travelers and locals but also for international visitors who can’t stop raving about it.
There’s one thing that everyone notices when arriving at VUI-Fest Bazaar: nearly every square meter seems to be filled with... 10 foreign tourists. No matter what time between 4:00 PM and midnight you visit, the scene at Vui Phết will likely make you feel like you’ve stumbled into a vibrant Western-style market.

Take a walk around the 50+ food and souvenir stalls, chat briefly with international visitors, and you’ll discover why they’ve all fallen in love with Vui Phết.
"Vui Phết is always full of joy!"

"The vibe here is always buzzing — from the colorful signs, to the music, games, and performances. We can drink beer, enjoy live music, and dance till late. I’ve been here three nights in a row — it’s always a blast,” shared Alexander, a tourist from France, while dancing with friends at Giòn Bar.
Meanwhile, over at the main stage, Jinyoung and her friends from Busan, South Korea, were captivated by the first Loảng Xoảng Show of the evening at 8:00 PM — their excitement was impossible to hide.

“This musical is so unique, using kitchen tools as instruments, along with circus-style performances and playful choreography. We’re definitely coming back for the second show at 10:15 PM. This night market is incredibly creative and fun,” Jinyoung said after finishing her livestream on Instagram.
In addition to the Loảng Xoảng Show, Vui Phết also features the high-energy “Tinh Tươm” performance at 8:00 PM and 10:15 PM daily — a hip-hop musical inspired by the lives of young shoeshiners. For the first time in Vietnam, everyday shoe-shining gestures are transformed into polished and expressive hip-hop moves.
A Foodie's Paradise at Vui Phết

Vui Phết Bazaar is home to a diverse array of culinary delights: from Vietnamese classics like tofu pudding, local seafood, fresh spring rolls, pho, bun cha, and banh mi, to Asian, European, and fusion cuisines. Add in boba tea, craft beer, and refreshing drinks — this is the ultimate foodie stop for international visitors eager to try it all.

“I’ve eaten at five different stalls already — my favorites were the bun cha and pandan leaf porridge with anchovies freshly caught from Phu Quoc. I also tried three kinds of street snacks. Everything was delicious and affordable. It’s been a long time since we ate this well,” said Nayar from India, smiling with a cup of tofu pudding in hand.
Vui Phết is More Than a Market – It Comes With Fireworks
Many visitors say Vui Phết feels like Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) every night — and not just because of the festive vibe. Here, guests can enjoy nightly fireworks launched from the stage of the Kiss of The Sea show — a rare and spectacular experience for any night market worldwide.
“A truly one-of-a-kind experience — shopping while watching fireworks! Every evening here feels like a New Year’s celebration,” wrote Juan from Mexico on his Facebook status, right after enjoying the dazzling firework display from Spello Restaurant, with a full view of the Kiss Bridge and the Kiss of The Sea stage.

Vui Phết is All About Friendly Vibes
The friendliness at Vui Phết goes beyond service. There’s no aggressive sales talk; prices are clearly listed in multiple languages. Even better, VUI-Fest is environmentally conscious — saying NO to plastic bags and straws, and maintaining a clean space with sustainable materials.
“This is by far the cleanest night market I’ve ever visited. It’s nothing like the messy scenes of plastic and napkins I’ve seen at other markets. Super impressive!” said Brian, a tourist from Singapore.

Vui Phết Has a “Secret Weapon”
Besides the fireworks, Vui Phết’s secret weapon — one that markets in Thailand, Korea, or Taiwan might envy — is its breathtaking location. Nestled right along one of Sunset Town’s most stunning coastlines, the setting adds a magical touch.

Here, travelers can check in with the island’s iconic sunsets, stroll along the beach, or unwind in romantic coastal spots: sipping wine by candlelight, listening to the ocean waves and soft melodies under the starry sky. It’s no surprise that many international tourists return to “chill” at VUI-Fest… daily.

“My wife and I have been here since 5 PM to watch the sunset, and now it’s 9:30 — we even got to see fireworks. Truly an unforgettable experience,” said Jack, a traveler from the U.S.

Vui Phết is Also Proudly Vietnamese
The Vietnamese spirit shines throughout Vui Phết — from its vibrant cultural performances and interactive shows to the culinary ambassadors represented by every local delicacy.
At VUI-Fest, international guests can not only taste Vietnam but also take a piece of it home — with souvenirs from Craft Link, Lá Sen Việt, Đất Phương Nam, or specialties like Phu Quoc fish sauce, anchovy products from Phụng Hưng, dragon fruit wine, and traditional Vietnamese teas.
