Located in the central and only beachfront location of Sunset Town, the Sun Bavaria GastroPub beer restaurant makes a strong impression with its red dome architecture and connects with a traditional German wooden restaurant next door, forming a restaurant and brewery complex. The restaurant and craft brewery complex is designed with inspiration from the fantasy story of a German captain who came to Sunset Town from the previous century. Loving the land, he and his wife decided to settle here, bringing the traditional beer craft and creating the most attractive beer flavors on the island. Over time, the captain's craft brewery was left with only time-worn walls. In the 21st century, an installation artist came here, researched the ruins, and decided to restore the beer restaurant from the remaining walls and expand it with modern architecture. Marrying a fisherwoman, the artist brought traditional coastal activities into the restaurant through the artworks displayed here. The architecture of the restaurant complex, therefore, is like a connection between the past and the present, between tradition and modernity. The fiery red dome makes Sun Bavaria GastroPub blaze like a sun by the beach, attracting all tourists' attention. The restaurant is designed with 2 floors and a mezzanine, with a capacity of nearly 1,000 guests indoors and outdoors. The skylight atrium and large glass window system create a spacious atmosphere and maximize the view of the sky, blue sea, and the iconic Cau Hon (Kiss Bridge) structure.
