The architecture draws inspiration from a fictional tale: a German captain who arrived in Sunset Town a century ago, fell in love with the island, and settled here with his wife. Bringing his beer-brewing heritage, he crafted exceptional brews beloved across the island. Over time, only the aged brick walls of his brewery remained. In the 21st century, an installation artist discovered the ruins and decided to revive the space, blending the historic structure with modern design. Marrying a local fisherwoman, the artist infused the venue with the coastal spirit through a range of artistic displays. This unique architectural fusion symbolizes the harmony of past and present, tradition and modernity.

Sun Bavaria’s vibrant red dome glows like a sun beside the sea, drawing every gaze. The venue boasts two floors and a mezzanine, accommodating nearly 1,000 guests both indoors and outdoors.
