Hien currently embraces a completely new style, breaking away from the usual tourist-favourite specialties. Instead, it takes its route with a Japanese-inspired menu.
With seating for around 30 guests, the restaurant features an open kitchen where a glowing charcoal grill is always fired up. Charcoal grilling is the main cooking method here, giving each dish a rich, smoky aroma that electric grills simply can’t replicate.
Located right on Tran Hung Dao Street, it’s easy to access. Next door is a hidden bar—perfect for groups of friends looking to chill after dinner. Note: Hien only opens in the afternoon and does not serve breakfast or lunch.
